Description: The Authentic Yoga Teacher Training Program is firmly rooted in the principles of Astanga Yoga, and provides every student with in-depth instruction in all eight limbs of yoga. We are committed to creating a safe, fun, environment in which all students may truly experience yoga as union, deepen their personal practices, and find their voices as skilled and compassionate yoga teachers.
